Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service.
For locations where timing is outside the signer’s control — like hospitals, and assisted living facilities — a 50% nonrefundable travel fee is required at booking. This helps reserve your appointment and covers preparation and travel.
I understand that sometimes delays happen. In the event that an appointment runs beyond the scheduled time, a fee of $25 per 30 minutes may be applied. This allows me to continue providing timely and professional service while respecting both your time and mine.
Deposits are not required for standard mobile notary appointments at homes, offices, or public meeting locations.
